PLANNING & OPTIONS
Your front door with side panels can be designed with fixed glazing or opening elements. Depending on the floor plan, one side panel on the left or right, two side panels, or combinations with a top light are possible. Different glass proportions—from narrow light strips to large glazed surfaces—affect light distribution and privacy. Custom-made solutions allow both standard dimensions and individual special sizes, including wider entrances.
MATERIAL & GLASS
High-quality aluminium profiles ensure dimensional stability, weather resistance, and low maintenance requirements. In addition, depending on the door collection, you can choose from a wide range of glass options – from clear or satin-finished surfaces to sandblasted motifs and textured or custom-designed glass. This allows the level of transparency and privacy to be precisely controlled. A wide range of RAL colours and textured finishes is also available.
SECURITY & COMFORT
Even large side panels meet high security requirements. Multi-point locking systems, stable frame constructions, and certified toughened (ESG) and laminated (VSG) safety glass improve thermal insulation as well as resistance to break-in attempts. At the same time, the additional daylight enhances the quality of the entrance area. Modern access systems such as fingerprint scanners or smart home integration add everyday convenience, while illuminated handles provide additional light at night.
The position of the side panel influences light distribution, spatial effect, and the proportions of the entrance area. Depending on the floor plan, façade design, and door handing, the side panel can be positioned on the left, right, or both sides. Custom-made solutions allow precise coordination with architecture and use.
